Congratulations on the new theme. It looks good. I can’t wait to get the email with the new download link!

Love the new theme. When can subscribers expect to receive the download link via email?

Aloha! Your themes are impressive.
What are the restrictions on the dev licence? I presume, for instance, that my clients are able to alter it and it’s settings after I’ve provided the initial site/design.
Is there a licence available to read?
Thanks!

Cool idea. I happen to think it’s one of the best out there, but maybe that’s just me. Thanks for your interesting ideas

I have the same question as huntress above.
Also on the high def theme, if I’m not using it for video, can users (or me) upload a big colorful image like how the still of the movie looks on the front page?
How easy is it to change the site title to an image.
With the developers licence at 199 I’m just checking that I can use this on unlimited websites simultaneously, I can edit/mod the templates, I can remove everything in the footer (your link credit and the Wordpress credit)?
Is this true, thanks.

Can the categories be customized or are they pre-set at, ” music, life, art, sports?”

If you are a GPP subscriber for all of our 2008 themes, you should have received the theme release via email about one month ago.
If you purchase the developer license, you or your customer are free to change the theme in any way you see fit. If you would like to see the license, please email me using the contact page.
With the developer license you are free to remove the credit, but, you are not able to resell the theme design. That would violate the license. That said, you are free to purchase the theme and use it as a base design for a client of yours.
The categories display in the homepage can be changed on the theme options page. There is no need to edit code, unless you want to.

Can you add more categories? And can you change the title of the categories?
It’s a beautiful and simple design.
