How much do you guys charge?
Our average customization costs about $600. We typically don't quote lower than around $400, and some more complex sites can range anywhere from $700 to $1000.
How long does it take?
Typically less than two weeks.
What currency do you use?
We only accept payments in USD.
What's your payment process?
All theme customizations require a $300 deposit before work commences. The remainder of the bill is due upon project completion. Invoices can be paid via PayPal or credit/debit card.
If I screw up my theme or misplace it in the future, will you have extra copies?
We will keep a backup of every project for 6 months in a version-controlled repository.
Will you use my completed theme elsewhere?
Absolutely not. You will own all the rights to your theme.
Do you provide customization services for non GPP themes?
Currently no.
How many page designs does a typical customization include?
Customizations typically includes tweaking four templates: home.php, single.php, page.php and style.css. If you need more pages customized, please let us know when submitting an order.
Technically, how do you code themes?
We prefer to develop child themes atop our theme framework, Modularity. This allows you to upgrade the theme framework and take advantages of new features while retaining all your original customizations. This is a good way to make your theme futureproof.
