  6. mixvio says:

Hi, do you have a similar “developer” type package for this theme like the Modularity one that doesn’t require credit attribution in the footer? Or if I purchase Modularity at the developer level would that enable me to use a layout based on Lite without a footer link?

  7. Awesome theme! However, although everything else in the options page seems to work fine, I cannot change the colors! How can this be?

  8. peter says:

  12. Joanne says:

So I am logged in and I want to download Modularity Lite. I understand it is free - right? And yet I can’t download it. What am I missing. Thanks

  13. Joanne says:

Never mind. I downloaded it. Must have been sleeping. Thanks

  14. Jocelyn says:

This is an awesome theme! I just downloaded it and am loving it so far. The only problem I’m having is that my posts (imported from blogger) are floating to the left, so my post text and images are next to each other.

I don’t want it this way. And I can’t find which code in style.css to change. There are so many float: left codes I’m seeing that I don’t know which would affect what I want. I tried to change the float:left code I found in the “content” section, but that didn’t affect it.

I would appreciate any feedback on this! Thank you!!

  15. yumyum001 says:

hey, just downloaded it, it looks great, however, I have a question:

How do I get those optional components from the Modularity Lite??

    Thanks!!

  16. Nadav says:

    Hi,

I love this theme and I am using it for my website. However I am running into a few issues with permalinks. I’m thinking maybe it has something to do with the theme…

When I change the permalinks custom structure to “/%category%/%postname%/” for example, everything works but the feed (the link at the bottom to “subscribe to entries” and the category link under each post (for example “Categories: News”).

When I switch back to ugly permalinks, it works fine.

I tried the wordpress support forums but couldn’t find an answer there. HELP! :)

    Thanks,
    Nadav

Great theme… but where can I find the various addons - especially the magazine style layout options??

    Thanks,

I just spent a few hours figuring out that this theme is not compatible with the lightbox plugin. Do you know what the conflict is? Lightbox has some nice functionality that these themes don’t - are you planning on implementing any kind of image gallery function that might imitate lightbox?

  21. Rez says:

Any body knows how to change the function that limits the text view on older posts?
I want to show the whole posts not to make users to open a new window for reading older posts, that wastes viewer time.

    Great design! I love it!

  22. fayola says:

Hi. Does anyone know how to change the header images? I’ve replaced them w/ my own files but the slideshow seems to be “stuck.”
    thanks!

  23. yumiang says:

I can’t wait to work with this.
    The design is awesome!

    Thanks!

  24. RushHeed says:

Agreed. The design is awesome, but the comments are still out of alignment. I’ve used the code in the forum but that is for the Pro version, not the lite version. I’ve checked out other blogs on this thread and some of them seem to have the comments glitch worked out. I’d really appreciate if someone would share the correct comments coding with me so my blog can be as pretty as yours. :)

    Thanks!

Downloaded but archive not valid, do you have a new link?

  26. jdavid17 says:

Ditto. Trying to get this theme tonight. But each time I download, it tells me that the archive is not valid - nothing opens. (Most themes unzip as an envelope - this one just changes to a file with .cpgz at end.) Help. Need asap!!!

  27. jdavid17 says:

Anyone out there? Would really appreciate a reply.

  28. navishkar says:

Gorgeous themes. Trying it out now for wordpress 2.7

@jdavid17: just downloaded this and unzipped it successfully. Used unarchiver for mac but any standard unzip utility should work

  29. homebuilt says:

There are problems with both the login and logout using 2.7. I replaced a couple of lines with the corresponding lines from the classic theme.

First the login at around line 70 of comments.php:

    original code
You must be <a href=”/wp-login.php?redirect_to=”>logged in to post a comment.

    replaced with
<?php printf(__(’You must be logged in to post a comment.’), get_option(’siteurl’).”/wp-login.php?redirect_to=”.urlencode(get_permalink()));?>

Then the logout at around line 78 of comments.php:

    original code
    Logged in as <a href=”/wp-admin/profile.php”>. <a href=”/wp-login.php?action=” title=”Log out of this account”>Logout »

    replaced with
    <?php printf(__(’Logged in as %s.’), ‘‘.$user_identity.’‘); ?> <a href=”" title=”">

In addition, I wasn’t able to unzip the download file at graphpaperpress.com. I was able to get it from the themes directory of wordpress.org.
