1. Do you sell themes and plugins individually?

   No. When you join our platform, you get access to our entire collection of 46 premium themes and 16 plugins for the price that you'd typically pay for a single theme or plugin from our competitors. Even if you only use a single theme or plugin from our collection, it's an incredible value.

2. Can I keep the your themes if I cancel my account?

   Absolutely!

3. Do I have to maintain an active account to use your themes?

   No! You can use any of our themes forever without an active account.

4. What happens if I cancel?

   If you cancel your account, then your account will remain active for the remainder of the term of your plan. After that, you will loose access to theme and plugin downloads, updates and technical support. You may continue using our themes and plugins that you already downloaded forever.

5. What are license keys?

   When you sign up, you'll receive a license key on our customer dashboard. When you add this license key to your website, it will activate automatic updates and support for our themes and plugins. You may deactivate a license and move it to another site at any time. Your themes and plugins will work as expected whether you have your license keys activated or not. License keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year. If you decide to cancel, you may still use the themes and plugins but you will not receive updates or support once the license expires.

6. What is your refund policy?

   We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, simply email us and we'll promptly send you a refund.
