What do I get when I subscribe?
After signing up for a subscription, you will be sent an email containing your username and password to access your membership page, which contains all of our theme downloads, video tutorials, and access to our support forum.
How and where do I get support?
Graph Paper Press only provides support via our support forum & tutorials. We will not provide any support via e-mail, comments, or Twitter. Read more about our support policy here.
Do you build custom themes?
We sure do. We build custom child themes for our theme framework, Modularity. Request customization here.
What if I need help installing the theme?

How do I unsubscribe?
If you no longer need a subscription, you can cancel your membership by clicking the "Cancel" link underneath your subscription list on your Graph Paper Press Member page.
You can also cancel the subscription directly in your Paypal account:
- Click My Account -> History -> More Filters -> Subscriptions -> Subscriptions.
- Here you will see a list of all your Paypal subscriptions. You may need increase the date range to broaden your search.
- Click Details on the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
You can also just search for info@graphpaperpress.com on your My Account -> History page.

Scope of Support
We only cover support for our themes, and can't give general WordPress support that isn't related to our themes. For general WordPress support you will have to use www.wordpress.org/support. For general HTML & CSS tutorials, please visit the W3 Schools.
We understand that there is a fine line between what is considered support & modifications. So while we will try help you with any type of query (support or modification), we can't provide extensive help in terms of modifications. If you are requesting modification help, which only requires us to publish 3 or 4 lines of code, we will be glad to assist you. If however your query requires more than that amount of code to be published, we can only provide guidance and you would then need to hire a Wordpress developer.
Bug Fixing
It is our commitment to fix all theme bugs as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. During our general support hours, we can fix bugs within 24 - 48 hours. We will also try provide a solution via the forum for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core theme package.
